FEATURED SOLID WASTE, LANDFILLS & MINING PROJECTS
CMC Landfills
Design, permitting and construction of landfill including design of excavation, backfill, geomembrane liner system, leachate pump, and associated electrical appurtenances in accordance with solid waste regulations.
S & T Recycling Class II Landfill Expansion
Currently in progress, this project involves design for the Lateral and Vertical expansion of the existing C & D Class II landfill to maximize disposal volume within limits of property. Services include preparation of drawings and a design report per solid waste regulations.
Rainbow Falls C&D Landfill Expansion
Expansion of Rainbow Falls Road C&D Landfill to approximately fifty acres in Aiken County.
Pepper Branch Mine
Design of a stormwater/sediment control basin for approximately 125 acres watershed including the existing and proposed expansion of kaolin mine areas.
Pine Log Road Mine
Engineering services related to the design of a 68 Acre sand mine to be constructed in 3 phases with 2 pits. Services included the design of stormwater basins to control runoff and provide sediment control.
Lanier Sand Mine
Engineering services related to the design of expansion of approximately 200 acre sand mine. Services included stormwater design calculations and sediment control.
Dixie Clay Reclamation
Services included the preparation of a final grading plan to establish of material quantities for final closeout of a portion of the facility as well as borrow pit area. The material volumes determined from the grading plan will be used in the preparation of reclamation plan cost estimate to be submitted to SCDHEC.
S&T Recycling Landfill Revisions
Design revised grading plans for landfill. Drawings prepared for preliminary review with SCDHEC, prepare drainage calculations and related drawings for DHEC and County for permit revisions.
