The facility will be completed in three phases: A 15,000 square foot office building and a manufacturing/assembly building covering an area of approximately 100,000 square feet, survey services, and civil engineering services to include site layout, utility plan, grading and drainage plan, erosion and sediment control plan, permitting and construction observation.

Engineering services for Townhomes at Harbison Grove Phase V & VI off Piney Grove Road in Richland County, SC. The proposed development will have 187 lots with two stormwater basins. Services include design, permitting, development of a site layout plan; paving, grading and drainage plan; utilities plan; erosion and sediment control plan; drainage design; roadway profiles; storm drainage profiles; encroachment permits; submittals; and project closeout services.

Improvements to Woodfield Road (1,980 LF), Forest View Road (5,895 LF), Township Road (4,270 LF), and Finklin Road (2,850 LF) in Aiken County, SC. Services include preparation of bid documents. Services include design, surveying, permitting, preparation of bid documents, and construction observation/ administration services.

Design and layout of a ninety-two (92) lot residential subdivision that included roadways, storm drainage systems, water distribution systems, and sanitary sewer systems. Services included coordination with the City of Columbia for water system connection and permitting, NiAmerica for the gravity sewer system and SCDOT for the primary entrance and the secondary emergency entrance.

Project provided engineering services for Phase I of the Sims/Aycock Building Parking Lot Improvements. Services included a visual inspection and condition survey to document the existing pavement condition and distress types, in accordance with the US Department of Transportation’s Distress Identification Manual. A written report will be prepared to document the observations, including areas exhibiting significant pavement distress. This information will be used to evaluate appropriate rehabilitation strategies for various areas. A written geotechnical report will be prepared providing detailed information and recommendations. Based on the findings of the geotechnical report, a Project Narrative will be prepared which will outline areas and methods of repairs, and will include the preparation of a site map to indicate proposed phase areas and recommended methods for repair.

Design for improvements to the parking lot for the SC Department of Correction’s Headquarters Building located off Broad River Road in Columbia, SC. Services include as-built and topographic survey, sub-surface exploration, cement-treated base design, and preparation of a final report with pavement design recommendations. Design services include site conditions plan, site layout plan, paving site plan, grading and storm drainage plan, erosion and sediment control plan, storm drainage profiles. Construction phase services include contract administration, construction observation, and coordination with OSE for project closeout.

Design and construction administration of a new asphalt parking lot with lighting to accommodate approximately 300 vehicles. The new parking lot will include the existing parking area and expansion towards Broad River Road. Services include Site Layout Plan, Erosion and Sediment Control Plan and Drainage Design.

Preliminary engineering and geotechnical services for the repair/replacement of pavement at 1430 Senate Street. Includes installation of pipe sleeves for irrigation. Services also include preparation of the bid package, assist with the project bidding and award, construction administration service, site visit and project closeout.
